The Hoh Bo Spey has been a very productive steelhead pattern for us and our customers. It is tied on a Waddington Shank with a size 2 trailing stinger hook. The marabou collar is tied sparsely so the Hoh Bo produces a much slimmer profile in the water than traditional marabou steelhead patterns. This also adds to the movement of the fly and really makes it come alive in the water. Fish the Hoh Bo Spey all summer or all winter but we like it in early summer or clear water periods of winter.
