Placing an Order
Navigating our website is easy. To enter a store, simply click on one of the store buttons that appear on every shopping page. Then click on the departments within each store that appear on the left, such as rods, reels, and accessories. From there, you can specify search criteria using the department-specific search box. Depending on the department, you can specify things like a manufacturer or a size, and then click on the search button. From the search results page you can add products directly to your shopping basket, or click on the product to see more detail. You can also click on any featured product to buy it. Once you've selected the product you want to buy, click the "add to basket" button to place the product in your shopping basket. Use the quantity field to increase or decrease the number of each product you'd like to buy. Or, click the remove button to remove the item from your basket. Then, you can continue to shop by clicking on the Go Shopping tab, or you can proceed to checkout. The checkout screen is where you'll enter your credit card, billing, and shipping information. We will send you an order confirmation via email upon placing your order. A shipping confirmation should follow via email when we ship any item on your order.
Tracking Your Order
To find out the status of your order or to track your shipping use the tracking number you receive from us in your shipment email. It is the easiest and fastest way to get the most up-to-date information on your order. We ship using a variety of shipping companies.

Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases at full retail price. However, all purchases on sale and discontinued items are final. Also all fly purchases are final. Except as stated above, you may return any full priced item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping. Please include a copy of your receipt which will enable us to process your return more rapidly and will reduce the possibility of error. If this form has been misplaced, you can print it from the account page on our website. Otherwise, please include a sheet of paper with the return, detailing the buyer's name, the order confirmation number, and the reason for the return.

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Kiene's Fly Shop reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificate recipients and senders must have valid email addresses to send and receive electronic (email) gift certificates. If you enter an invalid email address for the recipient, we will notify you via email. You will then need to verify the recipients email address and notify Kiene's Fly Shop by email or phone.
The recipient must have email and access to the World Wide Web in order to receive and redeem the electronic gift certificate. Gift certificates are available in a variety of denominations from $10 to $500. If the value of the gift certificate is higher than the recipient's initial order, the remainder of the certificate's value will stay available for use in future orders.
