This pattern represents the medium sized stonefly known as Yellow Sally. The natural is easy to recognize with its yellow body and yellow-green wings. The upright wing of the parachute design gives this fly great visibility in low light situations as well as providing good floatation. We find this pattern especially useful in riffles and pocket water situations.
